BOE Super Recommending 2.31% Increase

According to a story in the News-Times, Superintendent of Schools JeanAnn Paddyfote is recommending a 2.31% increase to the BOE Budget for the next fiscal year.  However,  it is impossible to determine from Nanci Hutson’s story if the $700,000 stimulus money is included in that figure.  If so, the increase is actually around 4%.
