Does the Traffic Ban Apply to Non-Government Plowers? YES
A few minutes ago, I confirmed that the traffic ban that Governor Malloy announced this morning DOES APPLY to private plowers who plow, for example, driveways and parking lots. No privately-owned plow vehicles may be on the roads after 9 p.m. "until further notice."
